RESERVATIONS

Guests must be 18 years (or older) to make a reservation.

 All persons under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation within 2 days of arrival will incur 100% room rate charge.  No-shows will incur 100% room rate charge.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Check-out is prior to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to availability.

PAYMENT POLICY

Credit card payments are due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

All rates listed are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

TRADE

Without our prior consent, you may not conduct any commercial activity from the premises.

DAMAGE

Damage to hotel property should be reported immediately.  

Any loss of income that is a result of the damage and any associated repair and/or replacement that must be undertaken will be charged to the guest.

LOST KEYS

Any keys not replaced or returned at the end of your stay will incur a $25.00 replacement fee.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

We aim to provide and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment for our guests and staff and take practicable steps to eliminate, isolate and minimize exposure to identified hazards.

If you find any maintenance is required or you identify a hazard please let us know as soon as possible.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Our premises are smoke-free at all times.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR VEHICLES

Vehicles and bicycles at our premises are parked at the owner’s risk.  We recommend that no personal items are left in a vehicle overnight and that bicycles are secured.  

PET POLICY

Excluding service, hearing, or guide dogs, we do not allow pets.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL POLICY

Illicit drug use and excessive consumption of alcohol is not permitted anywhere on our premises.

NOISE POLICY

 We operate a no-noise policy after 10:00 p.m.  We ask that any visitors have left by 10:00 p.m. and that noise levels remain at an acceptable level for the enjoyment of all.

Key not returned/lost: $25.00 per key

Carpet cleaning: $200.00 per room

Additional room cleaning: $25 per hour

Damage: Market cost of repair or replacement

Missing chattels: Cost of replacement
